So far I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!! You call to check on someone and they hang up on you!!!

The staff is very friendly, and has taken great care of my sister

My grandma was having a hard time caring for my grandpa, he would wander to the street and had frequent falls. We were referred here by the hospital. My grandpa has been here for a month and so far we are pleased with the care he’s receiving. They are very attentive. I love watching the activities staff engage with the patients. I would recommend this dementia friendly facility.

Our mother was there for approximately 23 days following a stroke, we were hesitant about sending her to a nursing home due to the fact of most of us had worked in the medical field for a number of years and have seen horrible conditions at some. After a few days of our mother being there we were very happy with all the staff, starting from the administration office to the housekeeping, Doctor, nurses, CNA’s and physical therapists. Everyone there always had a smile on their face, and were very attentive to our mother’s needs. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that might need this service.

Frankly, I was angry the way that sunrise did business. Without my consent, their representative went to the hospital where my 100 year old Mother was in a post-surgery unit recovering from hip surgery she had only had 3 days prior. The representative attempted to engage my Mother in conversation, trying to convince her that Sunrise would be the facility for her to go to for post-acute care. Besides being 100 years old, my mother was also taking powerful painkillers and was usually asleep. I later found out from one of the nurses that the representative had said it was okay for her to be there and she had permission from the family. That was an outright lie. My sister and I are the only ones that would give permission and neither of us gave it. I would never do business with someone that uses this type of marketing method. WAY past the line of reasonability.

I was a patient here for Physical and Occupational therapy. Also recieved wonderful treatment for my surgical site. I’d like to say the CNA’s are very helpful and friendly. This facility taught me to be patient. One negative thing to say were the powdered eggs. But overall, this facility gets a happy face from me. 🙂 I have a smile on my face and felt like I was in good hands.

Nice and clean and close to my home. Staff is really nice and welcoming.

This has been a good place for my grandma. They give her the best care and really get to know their patients. The nurses answer the call lights timely. It’s currently being remodeled.

BEWARE of this facility!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother was transported here and within HOURS she was lost. Had my mother not gone over to visit, who knows how long she would have gone unoticed. Higher management did everything to avoid my mother and even LIED at my grandmother being found by staff at a local grocery store. My grandmother was found hours later by police. She was NOT taken back. You best believe a police report was filed against this facility. This place was called banning healthcare previously.
